Engaging Men & Boys in SV Prevention: Past, Present, Future

The 2021 North Carolina Sexual Violence Primary Prevention Academy

The movement to end sexual violence has been seen by many as a women’s issue, which overlooks the ways in which the same rigid gender beliefs that normalize violence against women also harm and impact men and people of all genders. On the 10th anniversary year of NCCASA receiving the grant that led to the My Masculinity Helps Campaign, NCCASA is proud to host this conversation about engaging men and boys in the movements to end both sexual violence and racial injustice.

Facilitated by Nakisha Floyd. Panel conversation partners are Tony Porter, Marc Grimmett, Alpha Arnett, and Terence Leathers.
